Why not "test" it? See if it is worth something to you, and so you now how much to charge basically. Just put it on, see if your health goes up, -1 health, -1energy anything like that, then you will know what mods it has on it, or not exact but probably a good guess. A lot of people are still new to Faction weapon prices, So Imma just guess, maybe...20k-30k? I really don't know exactly, cause it might suck, but I doubt it will suck that much. Anyways, I hope that helps ya dude.
